VIFA EXPO / EVENT DIRECTION · 2022–PRESENT
The programme.The people.
At VIFA EXPO, creative direction and operations meet within one event. Christy’s role spans opening ceremonies, industry seminars and the registration and check-in experience.
CHAPTER 01
Two sides of one event.
Christy’s responsibility combines project-wide creative leadership with direct on-site management. The scope includes creative content and programme direction, production and technical coordination, show flow and stage direction.
Alongside the programme, the operations work covers visitor registration, staff guidance and the practical readiness of the check-in environment.
CHAPTER 02
The opening and the conversation.
The opening ceremony photograph brings the stage, ceremony participants and event identity into one frame. The industry seminar photograph offers a different view: rows of participants facing a presentation within the exhibition setting.
These formats sit within the same creative and operational scope. They show how an event programme contains both ceremonial moments and spaces for industry discussion.

CHAPTER 03
Where the visitor journey begins.
At registration, visitors gather around the check-in counters before moving into the exhibition. A view of the floor opens out to the booths, aisles and spaces beyond that arrival point.
Christy’s operations remit includes registration workflows and visitor flow, staff training and supervision, digital check-in technology and equipment readiness. The photographs make the physical setting of that work visible.

CHAPTER 04
The team behind the experience.
A staff briefing brings the view back to the people delivering the event. Elsewhere, Christy appears on site with a radio and documents, within the working environment of the fair.
Her contribution spans the programme and its delivery. Keeping these two perspectives together gives a fuller account of the Creative & Operations Director role.
